Corporate outreach manager

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relations with the food business
  • Research into food companies and animal agriculture
  • Develop and maintain database of business contacts

Requirements:

  • Communicative level of English
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to communicate in professionally in oral and written form
  • Good research skills
  • Ability to manage your own work on a regular and systematic base
  • Interest in and knowledge of animal welfare issues

Volunteer coordinator:

We are looking to a  volunteer coordinator positions in Minsk or Grodno to help us grow a strong and active base of volunteers for farmed animals campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Source and recruit volunteers through various techniques (e-mail, social media etc.)

  • Collect information on availabilities and skills
  • Arrange for appropriate training when needed
  • Coordinate teams of volunteers for large-scale actions
  • Communicate frequently with volunteers to ensure they are satisfied and well-placed
  • Disseminate information for upcoming actions and events
  • Keep detailed records of volunteers’ information and assignments
  • Εnsure the purpose of the organization and its actions is clearly communicated

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people
  • Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities
  • A pleasant, outgoing personality
  • Communicative level of English
  • Interest in and knowledge of animal welfare issues
